Air-laid paper

Product introduction:

Low dust, low ion residue, good wiping effect, high water storage capacity, mostly used to wipe the surface of precision workpieces. In Class 10 clean room packaging, it is suitable for semiconductors, liquid crystal displays, precision optical instruments, etc.    

The difference between clear and dust-free paper:

1. Glued dust-free paper is formed by forming a grid of wood pulp fibers and then precipitating the latex emulsion;

2. Heat-sealed dust-free paper is formed by mixing wood pulp fibers and hot-melt fibers. The fibers mainly rely on the melting of hot-melt fibers for alkalinization;

3. Comprehensive dust-free paper is somewhere in between, with both hot-melt fiber solution and a small amount of latex solution.
